Hailey Maxwell is a Scottish art historian, writer, researcher and practitioner in the field of gender-based violence. She is concerned with community participation, visual culture, politics and violence, working in the spaces where theory and practice intersect.

Hailey is interested in projects which listen to individuals and communities and empower people to participate, self-advocate, challenge inequality and discover new ways of thinking and seeing.
